of like an "everything you want to know" about Nickers
& Neighs! Choose your category & view the questions and
answers, but please feel free to ask anything that isn't covered
in the FAQS. If you would like to add a FAQ, please email faq@nickers.com. We will email an answer
to you, as well as add it to our FAQS.
SHIPPING
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. We ship most packages by UPS, except for package to PO Boxes
and packages outside of the US.
Q. What if my order is going
outside the United States?
A. For international orders, we get prices from both UPS and
USPS, & email you for approval of shipping costs before we
ship the order. If you have a preference for how you want your
order shipped, please let us know. Since shipping charges for
international orders aren't added to your order until we get
your approval, there will be a separate charge for shipping.
Q. How soon will my order be
shipped?
A. We maintain all items in inventory, and generally ship the
next business day after we receive your order. In the rare event
that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you
immediately. If your order was placed online, you will receive
an email when your order is shipped.
Q. How can I check on my order?
A. If you ordered online, you can check the progress of your
order through our Order Tracking option, located on the left
side of the home page.
Q. How are shipping charges calculated?
A. Shipping charges are calculated by the dollar amount of the
order. For orders being shipped to a U.S. destination by regular
UPS service, shipping charges start at $4 and increase by .50
- 1.00 for every $10. This does not apply to Next Day Air Saver
orders.

Q. What is your guarantee?
A. We want you to be happy with anything you purchase from Nickers
& Neighs. We strive to offer unique, well-made and moderately
priced merchandise that you would be proud to give or receive.
Therefore, if ever you are not satisfied with anything you purchase
from Nickers & Neighs, please let us know so we can resolve
the situation. We will "jump over fences" to guarantee
your satisfaction!

SECURITY
Q. I'm a little nervous about giving my credit card information
online, what kind of security do you have?
A. Many people worry about the safety of sending a credit card
order over the web. Nickers & Neighs offers highly secure
online ordering. Our cyberstore is on a secure server, and is
certified by Verisign. But if you're still nervous, that's okay,
we have 3 other ways for you to order!

Q. How can I place my order?
A. We offer secure online ordering, as well as toll free phone
at 1-888-NICKERS(642-5377) and toll free fax at 1-888-NICKER3(642-5373),
as well as mail ordering. And you can still place your order
online even if you're not paying with a credit card.
Q. How can I order online if
I'm paying by check?
A. That's one of the great features we offer. You can process
your order online, & when you have to choose a payment method,
you can select phone, fax, or check. Your order will be received,
& the merchandise will be reserved for you. You can then
follow up by phone, fax or mail, & arrange payment by check
or credit card. As soon as we receive your payment, the order
is shipped.

WHO
IS NICKERS & NEIGHS?
Q. How do I know you are a trustworthy company?
A. Nickers & Neighs is incorporated in the great state of
Texas, and owned by Deb & Barry Steinberg. This is a family
owned business, operated by horse lovers and owners. We are certified
for security purposes by Verisign, and are a voluntary participant
in the Public Eye service, which monitors online retailers, kind
of like a "good housekeeping" seal of approval. You
can click on the Public Eye logo on our home page to get or file
reports about Nickers & Neighs.
Q. How do you choose your merchandise?
A. Very carefully! We are horse lovers first, so all merchandise
has to meet our standards---would we be excited about giving
or receiving this item as a gift? We look at major manufacturers,
individual craftspeople, artists, and small companies in our
search for great new horse gift items.
Q. Do you really have horses?
A. Oh yeah! Right now we have 7 horses---5 Arabs, 1 QH, &
a Paint filly. Two of our Arabians, Mysty & Reef are the
horses in our logo and the cartoons on our site.

SALES
TAX
Q. Do you charge sales tax on my order, & if so, how much?
A. Sales tax of 6 1/4% will be added to orders being shipped
anywhere in the state of Texas, but at this time we are not required
to charge sales tax for out of state orders.
